Product detailed description

Aprilia RS 660 (2026) – Front Fender | SA029009

Racing front fender designed specifically for the Aprilia RS 660 (2026 model year). Engineered to minimize unsprung weight, optimize front-wheel aerodynamics, and provide streamlined airflow over the front tire and radiator on the track.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE: This front fender is not an OEM replacement. It is designed to fit and line up exclusively with Sebimoto racing fairings.

Surface Finish Options:

Depending on your project and visual preferences, we offer three distinct surface finishes:

  1. Standard White Gelcoat: The ideal choice if you plan to paint the fender. It provides a smooth, uniform base that is perfectly prepared for custom paint jobs.

  2. Polished Colored Gelcoat: Supplied in a high-quality, pre-colored resin that is fully polished right out of the mold. It features a great shine and is ready for immediate mounting or decal application, completely eliminating the need for painting.

  3. Clear Glossy Gelcoat: Used exclusively for our Kevlar-Carbon (KK) and Carbon Fiber (CFK) options. This crystal-clear glossy finish showcases the premium woven structure of the composite material underneath.

Material Options:

Choose the ideal construction for your racing budget and performance needs:

  • GFK (Fiberglass): Lightweight, flexible, and the most cost-effective standard for track days and racing. Available in White or Polished Colored Gelcoat.

  • Kevlar-Carbon (KK): Extremely impact-resistant compound for maximum protection in critical areas. Finished in Clear Glossy Gelcoat.

  • Carbon Fiber (CFK): Ultra-lightweight visual carbon for the lowest possible weight and an uncompromising racing look. Finished in Clear Glossy Gelcoat.

  • Application: Intended for track and racing use only (closed circuits).
